Maple Glazed Ham
Ingredients:
7lb boneless fully cooked ham
3/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar packed
1 tbsp Orange Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Line a 9 x 13 casserole dish with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, orange juice, maple mustard, salt, and pepper.
Reserve ¼ cup mixture; set aside.
Place ham cut side down in baking dish.
Brush with ¼ cup mixture.
Bake in oven, uncovered for 2½ hours or until internal temperature of ham reaches 140°F.
Baste and brush remaining mixture over the top every 30 minutes.
Bring remaining ¼ cup mixture to a boil on the stovetop in a small saucepan.
Brush syrup mixture over the top.
Serve immediately.
Store leftover for 5-6 days in an airtight container.
